This is a complete coaching program designed for perimenopausal women who want support with training, nutrition, mindset, education, and accountability.
You’ll receive a structured training plan, nutrition guidance, daily communication, weekly check-ins, adjustments when needed, and weekly 1:1 education calls.
The goal is not just to tell you what to do, it’s to help you understand why you’re doing it, so you can build confidence, consistency, and long-term knowledge.
This program is for women who are in perimenopause, or at the onset of perimenopause, and are ready to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their body again.
It’s especially suited for women who feel like their body has started changing, their energy is lower, belly fat feels harder to shift, bloating has become more noticeable, or the usual diet and exercise approach no longer feels effective.
Most programs focus only on training, or training and nutrition.
This program looks at the full picture: training, nutrition, mindset, education, accountability, and personalised support.
The biggest difference is the education component. Through weekly 1:1 calls, you’ll learn what’s happening inside your body, why certain training and nutrition strategies matter, and how to apply that knowledge to your own life and goals.
You’re not just handed a plan, you’re coached through the process.

Many women have tried lowering calories, doing more cardio, training harder, or jumping between different diets without understanding why their body is responding the way it is.

I grew up in Germany. I have been always active, dancing, roller blading, and being a volunteer firefighter from the age of 15.
When I left Germany about 11 years ago, I left all of these activities behind and found myself lost and in unhealthy state.
I developed unhealthy eating pattern, gained weight and was unhappy.
I knew this had to change.
So, I got my very first gym memebership at the age of 25.
I learnt quickly. My body changed quickly, and was hooked.
I started studying a diploma in health science and nutrition (sub category sports nutrition) and did my PT qualification.
I started body building.
Unfortunately, this didn't help with my relation ship with food.
It got worse.
Years of work on myself, partly with a psychologist helped me to become the person I am tody.
Katharina Schuster Coaching and the Lean Forever Method was born.
I personally still do bodybuilidng, but my business is around helping men and women to be fit, strong, confident and have the belief in themselves that they can keep promises to themselves, reach their health and fintess goal without the overwhelm and the burn out and keep their results for the rest of their life.

Consistency is created by having a plan that works with your life and not against it. Consistency means one day 100%, the other day 50%, as long as you keep showing up for yourself, you will always win, because consistency beats perfections every single time.
These are very important parts of coaching.
Here I teach you evidence-based strategies and knowledge around nutrition and exercise, because knowledge is power and this way you won't ever fall for weight loss markering scams again.
